ODD JOB MAN/WOMAN: St. Mary's Hall Management Team is looking for an Odd Job Man or Woman who would be prepared to undertake small DIY jobs in the hall. We are thinking of small repairs, replacing broken fixtures (provided it is not too complicated), the odd bit of redecorating and the like. If anyone has an hour or two to spare to undertake such jobs please see a member of the management team i.e., the churchwardens, treasurer, Sally Williams, Brian Bull or Trevor Saunt.
2012 CALENDARS: Calendars of Nottinghamshire Churches are now available priced £5 each from Brian Bull. Proceeds to the Diocesan Bell Repair Fund.
CHURCHYARD BOUNDARY WALL: The work on the wall is progressing well. It has been made possible thanks to a grant from the Notts County Council to the Parish Council from a special discretionary fund for such improvements.
THANK YOU: We have been overwhelmed by the love that has been shown to us following Carol’s recent accident. We thank you for the many cards and gifts and offers of help and for all your prayers. We feel truly blessed and privileged to belong to this wonderfully loving and caring church family and have been greatly touched by your concern. David and Carol Payne.
