All Souls

All Souls Bereavement Service - In sure and certain hope

On Sunday, 2nd November at 3pm in St Mary’s there will be a special service for All Souls.

We will gather to remember and honour those who have died. Sometimes the remembered death is recent, but it need not be for there is no time limit on memories.

Candles will be lit to help us focus on the lives that brought light into our lives but, more than that, to remind us of the light that came into the world with Jesus Christ.

All are welcome to this service, and as you enter the church you will be invited to write the names of those you wish to be remembered, and these will be read out during the service. There will be an opportunity to chat afterwards over a cup of tea/coffee.
