The normal monthly cycle of Sunday services is:

with Messy Church at 11am on the last Sunday of most months
and Rock Solid at 6.30pm most Sunday evenings (for 11 to 14 year olds).
But sometimes things are different! It's always wise to check with What's On, if you need to know exactly what sort of service is going to be held at any particular time. Details of services can also be found in LINK magazine.
Tuesday 10.00 - Holy Communion (Book of Common Prayer) in the Lady Chapel.
Thursday 10.00 - Holy Communion in the Lady Chapel.

(1 hour). Traditional, structured service with hymns. Book of Common Prayer is used on 2 Sundays per month. You are most welcome to stay for a cup of tea or (real!) coffee after the service.
(1 hour) More informal services with a mix of music styles. All ages start together in church with younger members leaving after about 10 minutes (except on All Age Worship and Messy Church Sundays) for their own activities. The service is followed by coffee and tea and an opportunity to chat.

All Age Worship - for all ages, with younger members often playing an active part. Baptisms nomally take place in this service (roughly every 2 months).

Morning Service - songs, hymns, readings, a talk, and prayers. We listen to what God is saying to us and respond appropriately.
Holy Communion - hymns/songs, readings, a sermon, and prayers, with the added ingredient of sharing in the symbolic fellowship-meal which Jesus gave to his followers to do in memory of him. We share bread and wine which symbolise his body given for us, and his blood shed for us, on the cross. How great his love is for us! Don't worry if you do not receive the bread and wine - you won't be the only one.
Takes place in St Mary's Hall (next to church).
Family-friendly church with craft activites, lively worship and a shared meal. Please see our Young People section for full details.

There are no regular evening services running at present but special services take place at major festivals. Please see the "What's On" page.
