More about each service

8.00 am Holy Communion

(about 45mins).  Quiet, traditional, structured service which is well attended.

10.00 am Sunday Services

More informal services with a mix of music styles. All ages start together in church with younger members leaving after about 15 minutes (except on Worship for All! Sundays) for their own activities. The service is followed by coffee and tea and an opportunity to chat.

10am service

Worship For All! (about 50mins) - for all ages, with younger members playing an active part.

Worship for All

Morning Service (about 1hr) - hymns, readings, a sermon, and prayers.  We listen to what God is saying to us and respond appropriately.

Holy Communion (about 1hr 20 mins) - hymns, readings, a sermon, and prayers, with the added ingredient of sharing in the symbolic fellowship-meal which Jesus gave to his followers to do in memory of him.  We share bread and wine which symbolise his body given for us, and his blood shed for us, on the cross.  How great his love is for us!  Don't worry if you do not receive the bread and wine - you won't be the only one.

6.30 pm Services

There are no regular evening services running at present but special services take place at major festivals. Please see the "What's On" page.

Thursday Communion

For those who prefer a quieter, traditional service. Common Worship with hymns. Lasts about 1 hour.
Coffee and tea available afterwards
